Demonstrating ROI for L&D initiatives is crucial for organizational success. L&D professionals play a pivotal role in implementing strategies that enhance employee skills and knowledge, as well as contributing to the bottom line. Measuring and communicating learning interventions can be filled with challenges. To navigate these challenges and influence decisions to positively impact the learning culture, L&D professionals must understand practical measurement strategies, think differently when implementing measurement and communicate a strong impact story. This interactive session will focus on enhancing L&D’s proficiency in measuring and communicating learning impact within an organization. Real-world case studies, problem-solving scenarios, peer exchange, and the creation of microplans will foster an engaging experience that will empower participants to apply theoretical concepts, develop practical skills and communicate learning impact, earning themselves a “seat at the table.”

This workshop will be offered on Wednesday June 12, 2024 from 2:00 – 3:30 pm. Location will be Sarasota 1-3.
