LTEN 2026 Annual Meeting

Salience Learning will be attending the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) Annual Meeting in Kissimmee, FL, June 15-18.

Workshop

Don’t miss our workshop, No Time to Train? There’s a Quick-Start for That. This 60-minute workshop will be led by team members from Salience Learning and Bayer.

Description:

Every L&D team in life sciences hits this moment: a business need surfaces fast, your team has gaps, and the clock starts immediately. Lengthy independent study builds, days out of territory, and endless VILTs take time you don’t have. Every day without execution has a cost. This session introduces the Quick-Start design framework, three core moves you can mix, sequence, and scale to fit your situation. First, give learners a clear, prioritized path so they can act on day one without being stopped by complexity or the fear of making the wrong call. Second, put insight on demand exactly where they need it, anticipating the judgment calls and moments that would stop them cold, like having a trusted colleague on speed-dial who’s already been there. Third, layer in deeper learning once they have momentum and real experience, so it sticks to something real and tangible in their experience. Attend this session to walk away with a framework you can apply to your next urgent need.

Learning Objectives:

  • Apply the Quick-Start framework to close urgent capability gaps fast.
  • Design on-demand resources that meet learners at their highest-stakes moments.
  • Identify a real situation and determine which moves apply, and how and what to capture from your most experienced people to make it click

  • Kathleen Driscoll, Assoc. Director, Brand Franchise Training, Bayer
